Hi Sue,
We hope you are well.
Each year bonuses are awarded to temps/contractors in line with the Mondelez
Merit principles. The 2024 review has been completed by AgileOne and the
payments have now been approved by Mondelez.
In line with the AWR, Temporary Workers that have been in a business for 12
weeks or more are entitled to comparable benefits to employees. Workers
will qualify for a bonus if they meet the following criteria –
All Temporary Workers will qualify for a bonus if they are employed on a
PAYE arrangement with their agency and have fulfilled one of the following
criteria -
They have worked in the business for more than 12 weeks continually and have
successfully completed their assignment during the prior year (lasting
longer than 12 weeks).Worked in the business for more than 12 weeks continually and hired into a
MDLZ direct contract.
They were in role at year-end and had been in the business for 12 weeks
continual service.
(Please note that LTD Company / PSC contractors are not eligible)Please see below the bonus to be paid to your worker and the charge rate
which includes statutory on costs and MSP fee –

We are currently waiting for the PO to be increased to cover the amount of
the bonus. Once this is complete, AgileOne will put the bonus through
AccelerationVMS as an expense line item which will then be approved by the
manager in the same way as hours worked. Once approved, the bonus can be
paid to your worker under your agency payment timetable. Please note that
the charge rate quoted above will have the MSP fee deducted before payment
is made to you.
If you have any questions on the bonus payments to your workers please let
us know.
Also, please note that current agency PAYE workers will also be subject to a
salary review which will be communicated in an email shortly, we will also
be increasing the NI contributions by 1.2%.
