days.

Hi Bob - understood and apologies. There were quite a few people out at the
time and my manager didn’t have a backup that I could go to in his absence,
hence the delayed approvals.
Can you specially check for the invoice/date provided as my accountant has
cross referenced the invoices for the period for VAT purposes and couldn’t
see the associated payment.

a I was aware all invoices were paid . The new system did throw up errors in
September that is why it was important that you made sure your Timesheets
were approved on time and your invoices were sent weekly on time. I
constantly had to request your invoices last year and your timesheets were
on several times filled in late which messes up the mondelez system and
payments to us.
Going forward in future can you make sure invoices are put in on time and
timesheets approved before 5pm each Monday.
I’m not working today but I will go through each one tomorrow. Anything owed
will be paid on Friday.
