We looked at the rate and as it is based on 39 hours the rate should be
£13.72 pounds per hour that’s (16.34 in euros based on 0.84 conversion rate)
As I said remembering this is fully burdened (Including holiday and NI)
In theory the payment should be made this Thursday based on a full months
work.
But we can pay it as soon as the invoice is raised. The hours are above. If
I can get that before 3pm I can make payment today. They must be made aware
that our normal payday is Friday so invoices must be submitted Wednesday for
payment as you already know.
Can you please relay these details to the appropriate team member as we seem
to be playing dealing with several people including Greg, Elaine, Craig.

Hi Sarah thanks for that. I think they expected to be paid today. But
obviously they need to give you the hours.
I’ve attached the hours above. The rate does not look right. We have it at
£14.53 pounds per hour. Conversion rate to euros 0.84. (17.30 euros)
They must be made aware that’s fully burdened though. NI and holiday are
included in that rate.
Craig gibbons asked a few questions that you already know but just to
clarify:
We can pay as near to the end of the month asap but generally Thursday or
Friday. All we need is the invoice in pounds. The girls need to send you
their hours and I will check them against your invoice We can pretty much
make a payment as soon as the invoice is agreed. They must get their manager
to ok the hours before we can make payment.

Hi Bob,
We'll contact both Eimear Higgins and Katie O'Brien to answer their queries
and make sure they are aware of submitting their invoice requests so we
don't have issues going forward. I'll raise and send the invoices as soon as
we have all the information so they can be paid as quickly as possible.
Could you please just confirm the invoice rates to be used? We usually
invoice Sarah Harvey in sterling but the girls have given a Euro annual
amount. Can you please confirm if we are to raise the invoices in euros or
sterling? The figures they have given us are €25480 per annum pro rata for a
6 month contract. Can you please let us know if we should be charging a
monthly amount of €2123.33 or if we should break it down to an hourly rate
of €12.56 based on a 39 hour week?
Many thanks for your help on this. We hope to have all issues resolved for
Eimear and Katie as soon as possible.
