Hello both,
Regarding the holidays from 2020, I wanted to tell you that in
January-February 2021 I will take 4 days off.
5/1, 5/2 and 16-17/2.
Because I will need some extra days later in April or May probably , as we
are waiting for my mother to have a surgery ( but due to Covid the date is
still unknown) , is it possible to keep 5 of the remaining days? I would
really appreciate it.
Do I get paid the rest? Because I cannot take more days off due to upcoming
work.

Sorry but I thought I didn't have to take all my holidays by the end of
year.
I took a day off yesterday (you will see this on the timesheet).
I know Mondelez decided to let people move 10 days for 2021 due to these
difficult times. Can I keep 12 days ( I will take 1-2 around the end of
January -mid February, but still don't know the exact days).
And keep 10 days for the upcoming months? I am waiting for the situation to
get better in order to travel abroad to my family, hopefully in March, this
is why I don't want to waste them.
