Dear Bob
Great to meet earlier.
As discussed, please find attached our initial information sheet for
completion. Please complete as best as you can. I will at some point soon
require ID and proof of address to satisfy money laundering requirements
from you and Susan.
In order for us to complete the accounts for the year ended 31st July 2022
we would require in the first instance the following:
* Bank statements for the year.
* Sales invoices for the year.
* Excel VAT workings and copy VAT returns for the 4 quarters.
Should we require anything further once we begin we will contact you.
Hopefully the previous accountant will provide us with the previous years
information re: accounts, CT600 etc but it may be that we need to discuss
this depending on his reply to our professional clearance letter.
If you have any queries in the meantime please contact me.
