Commercial Card Terms and Conditions changes
Dear Customer
We're making some important changes to our Commercial Card Terms and
Conditions. The changes are set out at the end of this email and will apply
from 2 August 2025, unless specified otherwise.

posted to you. Please read the information carefully and keep it for future
reference.
Why are we making these changes?
We're introducing a new feature for your Commercial Card – the Business
Virtual Card. This feature allows you to issue digital virtual cards to your
employees for business expenses. The Business Internet Banking (BIB) Primary
User can register on our virtual card portal to create an account. Once
registered, you can invite your employees to request virtual cards for
business related expenses.
We'll be in touch to tell you more about virtual cards when we're ready to
launch.
We're also making some other changes to the terms, which include:
•
explaining how we can end the agreement if your account is inactive and
unused;
•
telling you about demising the card control feature in BIB; and
•
removing reference to the Business Banking Resolution Service.
What you need to do
If you accept these changes, you don't need to do anything - they'll be
applied automatically.
However, if you don't accept the changes, you'll need to let us know before
2 August 2025 and we'll arrange for your card agreement(s) with us to come
to an end. You'll still have to pay any charges and transactions (including
their associated fees or interest) that accrued before you ended your card
agreement(s) with us.

Details of the changes we're making
We've tried to keep to the order of the agreement so you can see where the
changes apply. Where we've given you new information, we've listed these at
the top of the table.
Changes to Commercial Cards Terms and Conditions
What's changing?
How?
Business Virtual Card
We've updated our terms to reflect the Business Virtual Card available on
your Commercial Card. This tells you who's responsible for registering on
our virtual card portal and approving the issuance of any Business Virtual
Cards. We don't charge an annual fee for any virtual cards issued.
In your new terms we've clarified that whenever we refer to 'cardholder', in
addition to any physical cardholder, we also mean any person who's been
issued a virtual card.
The new terms also explain how you can set card controls for Business
Virtual Cards such as cancellation, spending limits and availability
periods.
We've made it clear that as Business Virtual Cards are only available as a
digital service, we'll only communicate with you about your virtual cards
using the email address we have on record for you.
Card controls
We're removing the card controls feature available in BIB. This control
allowed registered users to set controls on where cards can be used, and the
maximum spend on a single transaction.
If we want to end it
We've explained that we can end the agreement if your account is inactive
and unused for at least 1 year but we'll contact you to let you know.
Business Banking Resolution Service (BBRS)
We're removing the content about being able to refer complaints to the
Business Banking Resolution Service because this has closed to new
complaints from 13 December 2024.

registered, you can invite your employees to request virtual cards for =
