annotated) which we then talked through that afternoon.
3. You have offered to amend the terms to accommodate the minimum of a
month's notice if for any reason the client (MSX/JLR) terminate the contract
for any reason. Thank you.
4. MSX Purchase Order to Sarah Harvey, regarding my consulting role
commencing 11.09.17 for 29 weeks until 31.03.18
As I anticipated, this had been confirmed by Angela Nurse of JLR that this
is related to the financial year and you should then receive another PO for
the balance 23 weeks.
Please, can you confirm this 'year of commitment' on receipt. Thank you.
We, meaning yourself, (of Sarah Harvey Ltd.) 'the Company' & myself, the
consultant Alistair Ferrier (of Business Hub Ltd.), 'the Supplier', will
quickly need to work through the elements highlighted, on my 'edit' of your
Limited Company Contract, attached. I can update you, in due course, of the
JLR position as relayed by Angela Nurse, today.
5. Professional Indemnification - FYI my UK policy costs £259.00 per annum
and the initial estimates of working cover overseas, is £3,400.00 - JLR
cannot confirm the amount of overseas travel required, at this stage -
however, this is an anticipated extra cost which will need to be resolved,
in due course. (Possibly there are solutions to this known to currently
contracted consultants already working for JLR abroad. Research within JLR
may resolve this issue.)
Please also note that in an effort to be immediately available, I am still
wrapping up my current consulting work this weekend for current clients and
as previously discussed I will need one day next week in London (Thursday or
Friday) and possibly one afternoon the following week (w/c 18/09/17) I have
tried to offer skype/face time comms. and am awaiting a response -
hopefully, I will receive confirmation by close of play Monday 11/09/17
