Hi Ayub,
Thank you very much for your recent email.
I look after payroll and Accounts. Understandably you have not submitted any
invoices to us but in order for us to make timely payments we must make sure
that timesheets have been put through for scheduled payment.
Unfortunately these payments can take up to a few months delay which can
delay payments to yourself and to us. Therefore I would prefer invoices to
be submitted monthly as you can appreciate 3 months invoices from you is a
big hit in one go to Sarah Harvey. We do make self employed contractors
aware of this. I would appreciate if you could get your October invoice in
over the next week so we can make payment on that before Christmas.
