How soon do you need these emails adding? Will these for the new PCs?
I think the battery in the UPS needs replacing, that's why it's beeping.
These last about 3 to 5 years on average. I recommend one of these

Also we have had a couple of power cuts recently and the back up power
supply did not seem to come in on the Server. There is also an alarm
beeping on it which I don't know how to reset. Is it possible you can
reset this remotely?
I'm not sure how long the power cut was for as we have been away from the
offices for a couple of weeks.
We will be looking to buy in some new pc's so I could do with you also
coming in over the next few weeks to set them up to the server for us. It
may be a good opportunity to check all is working correctly. Could do with
this happening next week if you can fit us in.
