It’s extremely inconvenient as we were preparing to go on holiday today
We’ll be away for at least a month.
The hire car doesn’t cut it and we should have had a like for like vehicle
considering its your error. Should have been a 3 hour job and it has ruined
our plans through your teams negligence and incompetence to do the job.
Originally we had to wait over a week to get the car booked in. Your service
team were exceptional poor and we had to call three times to get information
on the car. In fact the first call the phone was put down on us after
waiting several minutes to get through. Another waste of our time.
The least you can do to make this right is waver the excess and fit a
factory standard screen. Ill be contacting Land Rover and booking it in with
them to make sure that you have correctly repaired your error
I’m looking to take this even further.

them ordered.
