Travelling to Gatwick Airport
On Sunday 12 January, allow at least 90 minutes for your journey to Gatwick
Airport from Victoria or London Bridge.
National rail services will run on a diverted route from Victoria, departing
every 30 minutes. Alternatively, trains will run between London Bridge and
East Grinstead to connect with a replacement bus service to the airport.
This engineering work will also affect trains to Brighton and the Sussex
coast.
This is due to Network Rail engineering works. For more information and to

station from 23:00 on Friday and all day on Saturday and Sunday

use local bus routes 30 or 277 from Highbury & Islington. For Shadwell and
Wapping, use local bus route D3 from Whitechapel. For Rotherhithe, use local
bus routes C10 or 381 from Canada Water or Bermondsey.
Rail replacement buses will run between Dalston Kingsland and New Cross Gate
via Tower Gateway, and between Canada Water and Clapham Junction. This is
due to TfL projects.
Elizabeth line
Saturday 11 January
Last train from Heathrow T5 (00:07) will terminate at Ealing Broadway
Sunday 12 January
Reduced service between Paddington and Heathrow/Maidenhead
Trains will not stop at Acton Main Line, Hanwell or West Ealing. This is due
to HS2 works.
No service between Paddington and Ealing Broadway until 07:45
Use alternative Tube services. This is due to HS2 works.
Buses and roads
Bus journeys will be affected by the following changes over the weekend. We
expect to run a good service, but buses may be delayed, diverted or stop
short of their normal destination.
Road User Charging operating hours
If you're planning to drive in London, remember that the central London
Congestion Charge, the Ultra Low Emission Zone (which operates across all
London boroughs except the M25) and Low Emission Zone (which covers most of
Greater London) are operating as usual.

The O2 Arena will host a vehicle event at the following dates and times:
* Friday 18:30 until 22:30
* Saturday: 11:15 until 13:15 and 18:15 until 22:30
* Sunday: 11:15 until 13:15 and from 18:15 until 19:15
Large crowds and increased traffic levels are expected.
Sunday 12 January
Ealing Broadway
A parade will take place at Ealing Broadway throughout the day. Large crowds
and increased traffic levels are expected.
Monday 13 until Wednesday 29 January
A20 Sidcup Road and Sidcup Bypass
Essential maintenance works will take place between 22:00 and 05:00 each
night on the A20 involving repairs to the road, barriers and road studs, as
well as gully cleaning, lighting maintenance and other works identified by
our safety inspections.
The works will take place in phases on the following dates:
* Monday 13 to Thursday 16 January: M25 Junction 3 to Frognal Corner
roundabout (London-bound)
* Thursday 16 to Saturday 18, and Monday 20 to Tuesday 21 January: Frognal
Corner roundabout to Clifton's roundabout (London-bound)
* Tuesday 21 to Friday 24 January: Clifton's roundabout to Frognal Corner
roundabout (Kent-bound)
* Friday 24 to Saturday 25 and Monday 27 to Wednesday 29 January: Frognal
Corner roundabout to M25 Junction 3
During the works there will be restricted access to residents on the A20 and
Sidcup Road. In some phases of work there will be no access to the A20 on
certain roads. Signed diversions will be in place.

Every weekend until Monday 17 February, the A40 Westway will be closed
eastbound between the Westway roundabout and Marylebone Flyover. The closure
takes place at weekends only from 22:00 on Fridays to 05:00 Mondays. This is
