Everything else you need to know
To apply for a Creation Loan, you'll need to:
* be aged 23 to 70 when you apply
* have lived in the UK for a least 3 years
* earn at least £9,600 a year (after tax)
* provide a mobile number and email address
Our invitation doesn't guarantee you'll get a loan. Even if you pass our
checks, we may still refuse an application or decide not to lend for certain
purposes.
1. Why are you receiving this offer?
We’ve been able to pre-screen the information we hold on you as an existing
customer, on the date this communication is sent. Which means we can invite
you to apply for a personal loan.
2. What does pre-approval mean?
Pre-approval is when we check if you're likely to be accepted for a Creation
Loan. It means we're confident we can lend to you if your details are
correct and you pass our final checks.
We'll contact credit reference agencies during this step, but it won't
affect your credit score or be seen by other lenders. If you go ahead and
apply, we'll then do a full credit search, which may leave a record on your
credit file.
3. When will you get the money?
We’ll release your funds the next working day from the date of e-sign,
subject to final checks.
4. What does ‘Representative APR’ mean?
To help you understand how much a loan would cost, our Representative APR
shows how much a Creation Loan of £7,500 would cost at least 51% of

Your own rate may be different, depending on your personal details and how
much you borrow. The highest rate we may charge you is 29.9% APR.
How do we decide your interest rate?
If you do an eligibility check for a loan with us, we’ll use the details
from the application to give you a personalised rate based on information
such as your credit score, personal circumstances and loan amount. We decide
the interest rate we can offer you, which may differ from the representative
APR. There are no arrangement fees.
Can I repay my loan early?
Yes, you can pay off your loan at any time. If you'd like to do this, we'll
give you an early settlement figure that's valid for 28 days. This includes
the interest for the month you make your request, plus up to 28 days' extra
interest. By paying off your loan early, you'll pay less interest overall
than if you kept making your regular payments for the full term.

rate?</span><br />If you do an eligibility check for a loan with us, =

can offer you, which may differ from the representative APR. There are =
no arrangement fees.

interest overall than if you kept making your regular payments for the =
full term.
