As of last time the guidelines have not been fully put out to Employers so
they can change over the next week before the lockdown, We should have a
better idea on Tuesday or Wednesday.
According to the HMRC website they are going to bring back flexible
furlough
Therefore for example if a person was to normal work 40 hours, 8 hours a
day and were unable to fully work the government will pay 80% of there
normal salary. The employer with have to pay pension and Employers NI
which would be approximately 13.08% extra cost to the employer.
We wouldn�t pay this and we would have to charge Thomas Hearn this along
with a small admin fee for payroll.
If the Employer brings back the employees for 3 days. Then the employer
would get 80% of the costs covering the two days not worked by the
furlough. Again the employer would have to pay the Employers Ni, pension
and an admin fee.

Lee garnet and Steve Norbury. Have worked for 8 weeks in total. We would
like to see another 5 weeks before they change over permanently. If he
keeps them full time over the lockdown period that will be included in the
full 13 weeks.
Alice has worked 5 weeks of which two weeks were sick, So we are already
down by �190 on her which we cant claim back having paid out sick pay. We
would have to charge for her if he were to take her on in another role.
We currently make approximately �80 per week on her. Therefore 10*80=800 +
vat = 960. We�d have to charge him a 1000 to make it worth are while.
