Hi Sam yes I have received your invoices.
It has now taken you nearly three months to put your invoices on. As you can
imagine the same delay will be until our payment as previously discussed
with Sue.
I will check to see when your November / December payment will be made to
us. We have been advised by MSX that we are to withhold payments that are
delayed by managers that have not been signed off and although it might
mention paid on timesheets that now goes into a delayed system that could
take months to get to us. November/ early Decembers are due on the next pay
run. Mondelez made no payments until the end of January for November /
December payments.
You must put your timesheets on weekly and encourage your Manager to sign
them off that week so we can make prompt monthly payments
