Our Chief Sales Officer, Simon Daniels, has sent a letter to yourself and 
Susan regarding Sarah Harvey which should land this week, if not already, 
and so I wanted to follow up personally.

The reason for the letter is fairly straightforward.

We have completed sales of businesses similar to Sarah Harvey in both sector 
and size, including within your local area. We are currently speaking with 
credible acquirers who are actively seeking opportunities of a similar 
nature.

Sarah Harvey appears to be exactly the type of business several buyers have
