Marie started on 1st July and she has confirmed she was already two months
pregnant when she started so that's covered.
With regards to holiday pay, she wants to claim the whole amount when she
stops working. She says she has already taken one day's holiday but she
didn't tell me or make a claim to my knowledge.
Also, what's the deal with midwife and ante-natal appointments? She
thinks she can just take the time off and not use her holiday allowance.
She's been on ACAS website and says it is on there
