Please see attached timesheets for last week.
I�ve also attached a deduction form for Ryan Blackwell. He was issued with
a vending key when he joined. As with all Thwaites employees the vend key
is at no cost to them unless of course they lose it. Ryan has lost the one
which was issued to him. He has been issued with a new vending key which
he needs to pay �6.36 for. Our purchasing department has had him sign the
attached. Will you be able to deduct this from his pay using this form?
I�m not entirely sure that you will be able to.
