Hi Bob,

Hope this finds you well?

We have had several emails back and forth regarding cancelling your 
services, matching a competitor's prices, and then contract lengths, so I 
was unsure how to proceed.

The commercial team were supposed to contact you as you said you were not 
happy to take a minimum contract term of 12 months with a 90-day notice 
period. I cannot enter into commercial discussions of minimum contract 
terms, which is what you were not happy to commit to.

I am happy to send you a contract after the proposal I sent you for $14 per 
month per user x 3 for a minimum of 12 months with a 90-day notice period. 
There is no rollover period, as each contract for small companies now 
receives a mandatory letter 60 days before the end of the 12 month notice 
period, giving you 3 options to cancel, renew, or amend the contract. So you 
have choices to cancel after approx. Ten months effectively.

I look forward to hearing from you soonest.

Re-contract again!
Could you please let me know when our contract is due to end as I have asked 
several times. Also can you send me a new contract  so I can decide based on 
the information I had given you if I wish to renew.
If you can’t do this can someone contact me that can. You said you were 
getting someone from the commercial department to contact me. That was two 
weeks ago.
