Private Letting Guidelines





Dear Owner,



As we prepare our parks, our facilities, and our accommodation to reopen 
following what has been an extremely difficult and unprecedented time in all 
our lives, our focus must now turn to welcome our owners and holidaymakers 
back on our parks in the safest manner possible. When you arrive back on the 
park, you will notice that we have made changes to how we operate to ensure 
that our guests and our teams remain safe.



One of our biggest focus points has been our hire accommodation and how we 
can ensure that the safety of guests and the health of our cleaners are 
protected. Following industry best practice, we have developed a Coronavirus 
Policy that covers many aspects including, check-in, accommodation cleaning, 
routine maintenance, PPE, and check-out. As an accommodation provider, we 
believe that we have done all we can as far as it is possible to welcome 
back guests in a very safe manner.



We also have a responsibility to other owners and guests on park, and as you 
may consider privately renting your accommodation and invite guests to the 
park, we must ask that you follow in the same manner that we have prepared 
ourselves for reopening.




To assist you, we have made some amendments to our private letting agreement

we ask you to read, sign, and return to us before you allow any holiday 
rentals into your accommodation. To help you further, we have included a 
checklist <https://hoburneltd.com/16U6-6XHF1-RCBQ4E-43RCVT-1/c.aspx>  of 
documents that we will need to approve and keep on your file.



While we have a responsibility for the health and safety of all guests and 
visitors to our parks, we appreciate that as soon as we reopen you will want 
to commence letting your unit, however, we must ensure that you are 
responsible and accountable for the health and safety of guests in your own 
holiday homes. With that in mind, we ask that you return the documents 
detailed before any letting is commenced. Once we have received and approved 
your documents, we will contact you to advise of this. If any of your 
documentation does not meet the desired standard, we will of course advise, 
and offer any support we can to assist you.




The main changes for your attention are:

Please complete the COVID-19 Private Letting Checklist and return this and 
the requested documentation to us before any guests access your 
accommodation.

You or your representative must collect the welcome pack with membership 
passes between 9:00am – 11:00am on the day of arrival. This can be left in 
the accommodation for your guests.

We will no longer be handling keys and it is your responsibility to ensure 
your guests can access your holiday accommodation.
