Thank you very much for recently rescinding the gazette article to strike
off Sarah Harvey Limited. We are currently in the process of submitting
our accounts which should be done in the next couple of days.
Can you also look at the below company which as discussed similarly needs
to also to have action discontinued Sarah Harvey Holdings 08155301. We
were in the process of submitting these accounts also.
No excuses but unfortunately we lost our account team at a very critical
time, Thes accounts will also be up to date within the next week. Original
email sent below.
I would also like to mention that we had no notice of the strike off sent
to our premises, Admittingly the accounts are late but I would have though
we would have had some correspondence at least.
Anyway thank you for your help with these matters

After discussion with Emma in companies house contact centre:
I am contacting you in regard to Sarah Harvey Holdings company number
08155301. 15 Rural Innovation centre, Avenue H, Stonleigh Park
I have noticed that we have been issued a striking off notice on company
house website which we were not informed about.
I have spoken to Emma to explain that our company is in the process of
submitting our records over the next week or so and are due to several
reasons that were out of our control.
First loss of two accountants due to personal reasons which has meant we
have had to Re- look into or our accounts for that year. As you may or may
not be aware last year our accounting system was brutally hacked along
with our HMRC website portal (which caused all sorts of problems last year
which HMRC are aware of). It has taken us some time to recover various
information but we do not wish to lose our company and could you please
give us a couple of weeks to submit our final accounts. We have also had a
change in our management structure which has been a long hard slog. Its
been a tough year for us as a small company and we know that we have fell
behind with submissions but this will be rectified asap
We also have large organisations that we trade with and this notice will
definitely lose us a large amount of business. Could this please be
rescinded on our account as it will cause so unrepairable damage to our
company .
