Christmas Opening Hours
Hi Robert,After an exceptionally busy year, we will be closing our offices for the
Xmas break from 2pm on Wednesday, 24th December 2025, and reopening from 9am
on Friday, 2nd January 2026.
Please note that during our Xmas closure period we will not be processing
any transactions, allocations, valuations or other trades. Any buyback
requests or valuation requests that we receive during the closure period
will be dealt with as soon as we return in the new year.
Festive Period Deliveries
This time of year is especially fraught for courier and postal services, and
we consider this to be an unwelcome risk to safe delivery. For that reason,
we suspend deliveries at this time and restart them when these services are
back to normal:
* No deliveries will be made over the peak festive period
* Normal operations resume: Week commencing 5 January 2026
During this time, short-term free storage is available for all client
parcels should you need it, ensuring secure holding until normal delivery
service has resumed.
