email which is sent containing your sales invoice. If we have any queries or
require additional information before issuing your sales invoice, we will
contact you before doing so.
As a general advisory note, please remember that we do require 24 hours
notice to issue a sales invoice. Generally we will process the request much
quicker than this and usually within a couple of hours, but at peak times
for invoice requests this is not always possible. Therefore it is important
to always allow the full 24 hour notice period. If there are any problems
which prevent you from providing 24 hours notice to us, please do give us a
call so we can help you.
If you have any expenses to claim in the next payment that we will process
for you, please send your claim form (signed and with associated back up) to
us as soon as possible.
Please remember that expense claim forms which are not received at least 48
hours before your payment arrives to us, will generally not be included in
that payment due to the time required for your claim to move through our
expenses approval process. Instead your expenses claim will be held and
processed in your next payment.
