Ok that’s good news.
We really can't afford to go below £350k and I wont except any silly drops 
later in the course.
Just waiting for a cost from the solicitors I will be using

I have gone back to him and said we require proof of funds before we 
consider this.

Yesterday's viewing was a waste of time.   Only wanted to purchase the 
ground floor.  Bit of an odd ball if you ask me!

I have another viewing their later on next week with brothers who are pretty 
notorious for looking at everything and anything (more of a hobby than an 
actual business venture).

Don't know how much you looked into the party from London that contacted you 
but seems to be another odd character.  Essentially, they want to appear as 
a property fund but are in no way shape or form regulated by FCSA.  It 
appears to be more a crowd funding exercise with the person looking to run 
being heavily inexperienced.  Have sent details and said we have interest at 
the £350k mark to which their response was; call us if it falls through.  I 
expect they were contacting you direct as they thought they could get a 
better deal!

I'll let you know how we continue to get on.
