It was a real pleasure to meet up with you both yesterday. As we noticed
you have an extremely busy schedule at the moment and thank you for taking
some time out to talk with us.
Sue and I had a real feel for the business and the way you both operate by
coming over and looking at the site which will enable us to find a perfect
match for your requirements.
We feel that we would be able to find a good Operations Manager to drive
your business forward, someone that can fit in but immediately take the
pressure off you both.
Just to give you an idea of our fees we usually charge 15% plus vat of the
first years annual fee for a successful placement inclusive but we are
quite happy to work at �12.5% on this occasion. Hopefully for any future
requirements we can reduce that further. Generally we offer a three month
rebate system pretty much like any other Consultancy. Which we will
replace free if you are not satisfied in three months or return any funds
already paid. We will not invoice you until the person has been there a
month. As we discussed yesterday we are flexible and will do anything we
can to enable you to find the correct person.
At the end of the day if we can�t find anyone its costs you nothing.
We will advertise across several websites and keep your company
information confidential until interview. You can interview at our offices
if you wish to remotely or we could arrange for somewhere closer for you
to use. Its entirely up to you
It would help us if you could list a few objectives and duties that you
wish the person to be able to take over from Ian so that we have a better
idea of day to day duties.
If you are happy with us to work on your vacancy we can start moving
forward immediately as we are conscious that you would like to get the
person in by December.
