After seeking independent advice,  it has been confirmed that as I've 
recommenced work for three weeks following my initial period of furlough 
leave, i am therefore eligible to return onto the furlough scheme as 
outlined by the government who will pick up the cost of 80% of my salary.
I understand this maybe inconvenient to as it creates extra paperwork, 
however, I am hopeful that you will follow the guidelines and help me as the 
Corona virus as so many other people will cause a significant financial 
impact on my family.

I spoke to Catherine to see if you had any other work starting Monday but to 
no avail.
I asked her a question and she said to ask you and that is.....
If the company won't furlough me and you can't, do you know if HMRC can do 
it as surely through no fault of my own, I'm entitled to 80% until i at 
least find a job on the same money at least?

Not the news that you are looking for unfortunately.

After speaking with Clare at Thwaites she has indicated they no longer need 
you with a view to not re-employ you. They are re-structuring their business 
at present and current trends and downturns do not foresee a need for the 
role for the future at the moment.

This does unfortunately leave us in the situation that if they re not having 
you back we can’t re-furlough you as there is no job to go too.

You will be paid for the remainder of this week and you will have your last 
payment next week with any holiday accrual added.

Once a gain I’m sorry Jason but unfortunately we are driven by our client on 
this one.

If anything else does change or come in we will get in touch with you 
immediately
