Hi Bob,

Lots of our lenders are offering start-of-the-year “deals” on business 
loans. Last week a client received a £200k loan, over 6 years at under 10% 
p/a interest. The monthly repayments were under £3750/month.

The cherry on top was that the government backed 70% of the personal 
guarantee under the GGS scheme.
