As we are now coming to an end I've been asked to go through all of our
invoices and timesheets for the past two years.
Its going to be difficult for us to tie up everything for accounts as end
of year is coming and I also need to make sure any bonus payments have
been paid out or authorised.
Therefore I will need a full 2023 statement as I can't access this on the
system any more and I need to check that all payments have been made. If
you have a full 2022 payment stamen also that would be ideal.
I also will need a statement from 1ST January 2024 up until 31st March
2024.
Can you also provide on a regular basis remittances per week as I have no
way of determining the what the sums are for as I've previously said.
The Jaguar figures I can pull from the B2B system.
I will need to do a full audit of figures before you finally leave
Mondelez to make sure all has been paid correctly.
