New rate is £14.35 per hour if you want to include holiday it will be £16.50
per hour or you can have the accrued holiday the week after the 10th which
will give you another week, so week ending the 10th will be paid on the 17th
and then you could have your holiday accrual paid out the following week but
remember in between that there are two days holiday you need to take into
account.
