Hi Greg,
Following from our call this morning. It gives me great sadness to inform
you that we will be giving notice from today of our intent to cancel our
Calverton account. Without any penalties as discussed.
As I have already given my reasons I feel there is no need to go over old
ground other than the fact it has been a pleasure to work with you until
the last two months where you have completely broken a partnership that
has lasted for several years.
As discussed we will endeavour to clear our account down over the next 2
weeks. (If you could actually allow us three weeks considering that we
only factored invoices last Thursday allowing for them also to be paid.)
That would be a better help considering the circumstances of our leaving
and Mondelez pay in two week cycles as you know already. Any monies paid
extra can you please forward directly to ourselves.
As discussed we will no longer require to use the facility but we would
still like access the internet account as to monitor monies due.
If you could possibly remove any personal guarrantees on Sarah Harvey
Limited, myself and Susan home asap when the payments are fulfilled. That
would be much appreciated.
We will contact our clients to make them aware of the situatiion and chase
down any aged debt for payment so It can be paid immediately in order to
clear the account. It would be a big help if you let us do that.
There is no need to chase the monies as they will be paid asap.
There currenly is a suspense account of �825 which had got in such a mess
that we couldn�t determine where it should go.
If we can try and get to the bottom of that please it would be a big help
and if it is owed back to the client Then it should be forwarded back to
them.
Just to conclude. I find it quite sad that you have forced us into an
extremely hard decision but one with great pain that we have had to make.
Greg I wish you personally good luck for the future and anyone that we
have had contact with over the years.
