I just wanted to let you know that I received my updated and corrected tax
code today, so hopefully you too will get a copy in the post. Just a note
that athough my account has changed online to my married name of Preston,
the document I was sent was in my maiden name of Besant! I'm not sure what
your copy will say, but it will have my NI number/employee number. If you
need me to send a copy of my marriage certificate set through to verify
this, please don't hesitate to let me know.

After a serious amount of time on the phone/lice chat, I managed to speak to
someone really helpful at HMRC. He has confirmed that my correct tax code
and pay details have now been sent to you, so hopefully these will be with
you early next week. In the meantime, he confirmed that you can use tax
code 1185L.
