I am very sorry to be so delayed in sending in my hours. I can't seem to
log into the MSX system from home and was planning to submit my hours
yesterday when I was in the office but had problems with my log in. I just
spoke to Catherine and she suggested emailing you. I have worked on the
following days (Thursday of each week starting 2nd Jan).

16th Jan
23rd Jan
30th Jan
6th Feb
I thought I had submitted hours for 2nd /9th but I am not sure about this

Hi All,
Just to make all contractors aware That if they do not put their
timesheets onto the b2b system and have their hours approved and paid on a
weekly basis this will delay any payments that are owing to them for that
week and we will withhold payments until we can see timesheets in the b2b
system to be paid and approved.
Recently payments have been delayed due to managers not approving
timesheets correctly, timesheets sitting in pending waiting to be approved
or contractors not putting them on the system weekly. If you do not put
your timesheets on the b2b system weekly (even if you have not worked.)
This will delay payments.
We do understand that it is not always convenient to put weekly hours on
the system ( if you are working away, etc). In this case if you contact us
we can put them on for you.
Delays in payments can take up to three months to eventually get to us. As
you can imagine that this can be extremely inconvenient for us as we
cannot wait this long for payment. We are currently two months behind on
payments from the client due to errors or timesheets not approved.
Please can all contractors submit their hours on a weekly basis as not to
delay payment of salary. Expenses will only be paid when payment has been
paid to us. Expenses payments are also currently two months behind.
Your managers must be made aware that they must approve your timesheets on
a weekly basis.
