Hi Jonathon,
Many thanks for your communication.
After careful deliberation we have decide that we want to hold on at the
moment for the nearer our original value. £330k is well below what we have
budgeted for.
We think that the office and premises is worth more and would like to stick
with figures around our original £350k mark if we have to wait for the right
offer then so be it.
Please express our apologies to George for his interest but considering that
He is getting ample office space which can be rented along with potential to
develop the upstairs and it is centre of Leamington which is good for
footfall we just feel that our original value is quite reasonable. If he
does want to come nearer to our our original asking price then again we
would consider any reasonable offer.
