Hi Bob,
We have a slight issue in that Claire is going away for two weeks from next
Monday 20th and, due to the restructure chaos there is no one else in the
department that HR consider the relevant up line to sign off my time sheets
in her absence.
Claire and I thought that I could maybe pre-fill my time sheets as they dont
wildly vary and she could approve before going away, with any adjustments
made upon her return but B2B does not present weeks ahead to fill in.
Clearly, I cannot afford not to be paid for two weeks for reasons out of my
control, is there an option for you to take this as permission from Claire,
manager here that I bill each week for 28 hours each if I give you my hours
to inform B2B and put through the system and I send invoice as usual from my
accountant?
