Hi Jana,
You are on a standard rate for tax and NI. Everybody must pay NI. Your rate
is correct. You ticked A on your starter form which means you have not
worked since April.
We do not offer a pension in the first 3 months of employment. After that
you can get enrolled.

Can I ask please why is the NI so high and also, it looks like I am not
contributing to any pension. I thought it was a legal requirement to get
