Hi Claire,
Hope you are well.
If you could let me know the conditions of the bonus and appraisal details
I would be quite happy to construct a letter showing the appraisal details
and intent to pay bonus. Obviously I would run it past you first.
We can make payment for you when you want the request to be made.
Unfortunately we have to make a charge of 10% for factoring charges along
with payment of National Insurance Employers contribution.
We have a request from one of our clients to pay all their contractors a
yearly bonus generally they let them know that Sarah Harvey will be making
the payment and let the contractor know how much it will be.
For instance: �1000 + NE at 13.8% and we would make a charge of �100.
Total charge would be �1238.00
The payment will also be subject to NI and Paye tax.
