Hi Sam
In response to your previous email.
As you have been made aware Mondelez invoices are paid by them on average of
60 days to 90 days They are currently paying week end 28th May which has
just been processed. That works out at 12 weeks Nearly 90 days.
The expenses invoice was submitted for Week ending 28th May and actually
appeared on my system last Thursday. Too late for payroll that week.
I can however make the payment this week but I will need to show it on your
next payslip or you can wait for your next payslip 7th September it’s up to
you.
As far as expenses go we have to wait until Mondelez decide to pay them. As
we make nothing on them I don’t pay them out until the funds have arrived.
If you could imagine if we paid out expenses to everyone with no funds from
Mondelez that would be an extraordinary amount for us to find at no charge
to Mondelez.
The only thing I can suggest regarding your next expenses from Mondelez
would be to ask them to pay you direct or immediately on your return from
your trip. If they expect you to fund the trip yourself I’m sure the least
they could do is advance you the funds.
Obviously if they cant do this you will need to wait at least 60 – 90 days
until we can refund them which would be towards December.
Unfortunately please don’t blame us on this one. It’s the Mondelēz paying
system and we are driven by their paying procedure.
Let me know what you want to do with the expenses. I can pay them direct to
you this week then ad on and take away on your next payslip its up to you.

normal…..? Do we need to start asking questions?
I am travelling again in September multiple times so I need to try and avoid
paying anything myself this time.
