Hi Bob - thanks for the update and sorry for all the delays. Going forward
things should hopefully get back to normal. As you were aware we hit some
challenges due to staff being off sick due to COVID? however I am now
submitting earlier and allowing for the manager in question to approve at
the end of the week. Hopefully this resolves the matter going forward.

I’ve just asked the manager for the above worker to approve a timesheet,
however he has said that he will only approve them on a Monday. I’ve
explained that Milesh should be entering timesheets on a Friday/last working
day of the week, for the manager to approve on a Monday however, this
particular one was submitted yesterday for last week.
Please could you just drop a line to Milesh to ensure timesheets are
submitted on a Friday? We are just keeping an eye on all timesheets at the
moment whilst we are due to move from b2b to eTips.
