I am sorry for the inconvenience, but unfortunately this change is required
by external factors beyond our control.
If you are able to put me in touch with your email team or provide me with
access to Sarah Harvey’s domain account, then I should be able to action
this change on your behalf to save you some time. In case it helps, I have
been searching around online and it appears that your domain name is
registered with namecheap: https://www.namecheap.com/
As things stand, the website will become unavailable after 28th February
unless the change is made. If the site becomes unavailable, then the site
will come back online as soon as the settings change is made, so it is not a
permanent cutoff, if that is what you mean.
If I am able to demonstrate some progress towards getting the change
applied, then I may be able to negotiate a slight extension on behalf of
Sarah Harvey, but unfortunately I cannot guarantee this.
