Sarah,
Due to recent events we feel that we can not have you back in the office
again.
Your comments towards Bob were inappropriate. He is a very good manager
with strong recruitment principles. He has already apologised if you have
taken anything the wrong way and was acting as a good Manager would and
can't do much more than that. Again this morning he tried to discuss
issues with you but rather than listen you decided that you would leave.
This is classed as gross misconduct of which we can fire you immediately.
 At no time has he ever bullied or harassed anyone and we are both shocked
at your comments.
I discussed your exit with us mentioning that maybe you could work it or
take it as holiday. That discussion still has not taken place as I had
left the office for milk and you had walked out..

Yet again I agreed to discuss this with you but you decided that you did
not want to come in without your father and a child. We were happy for you
to do that. You father on entering the office used intimidating and
aggressive behaviour towards Bob who calmly asked him to sit down while
you spoke to me But he continued to use aggressive behaviour at which
point I suggested that we contact the police. Of which you decided to walk
out yet again after trying to calm your father down using abusive
threatening and behaviour as he left.
The 11 minute conversation was recorded  on  Bobs mobile. Recording your
fathers threatening behaviour, abusive comments and total lack of control
"I'm not going to do anything yet!". It also mentions you saying
repeatedly to your father "just sit down" and its all going to kick off
again" He also mentions you saying to him " knowbody bullying " All of
this has been recorded!
This also is gross misconduct which is sackable on the spot by bringing in
someone into the office to intimidate our staff. We are now considering
criminal action.

Your conduct has been unacceptable when you could have had a smooth exit
transaction..
As for your pension we were under the impression that you had opted out
when you first started your Permanent contract. Thats not a problem if you
wish we can backdate the pay for the six months that you owe, take it out
of your payroll  and put that into our pension provider along with our
contribution. Can you let me know again what you want to do so I can set
the wheels in motion.

I'm still none the wiser what you want us to do as you keep walking out
You are by law required to work your notice period which I've tried to
negotiate an easy option for you. If you had came back to the office
without all guns blazing that would have be done professionally.

It�s a shame that it has ended this way as both of us thought that you
were beginning to get a higher success rate.
I'm still quite happy to discuss this with you.

Further to our conversation in the office this morning you gave me the
option to leave with immediate effect. Which I have done and now being
advised by yourselves that will not honour the payments due to me. I have
spoken to ACAS and been advised that you can not withhold any pay that is
due.

I would therefore appreciate it you could arrange for my monies to be paid
on the due date.

I also believe that my pension is a legal requirement and the company have
not paid in to this.

If there is anything you require from me please do not hesitate to contact
me via email
