Sorry I’m in and out of meetings all this week.
Unfortunately I can’t see us getting over there for a while but we were
interested if this property has building consent and what the stages if we
were to invest in the land.
I see that its says 35% building area what does this mean?
We would probably be interested in any other properties in the area that are
coming up for sale. If you can keep us in the loop.
