Hi Matt,
Thanks very much for your enquiry today. We would gladly like to assist
you with your recruitment for a field sales person and feel that we could
introduce some excellent candidate.
As discussed our fees vary from 10% to 15% of the first years basic annual
salary not including bonus and commissions.
If we manage to place one sales person the charge would be 12.5% if we can
do more than one we can work on 10%.
As discussed we will advertise, interview and pre screen all candidate
making sure that they are ideal for the opportunity.
If you want us to move forward I have a couple of question to qualify.
1. Will they have a company vehicle or will they have to use their
own and will that include mileage allowance, expenses etc
2. Have you a list of areas you would like the sales person ideally
to come from geographically.
3. I understand that it is a skin product but what does it actually
do?
4. I'm presuming the sales people will be working from home. Do they
have to visit the main head office from time to time
5. How many sales people are you ideally looking for
6. Where is the head office and how many employees does it have
7. What is the name of the product.
8. Do you have a job specs
Hopefully we can get started asap and quickly get you some quality people
to see.
