Hi Bob,

Something we notice frequently is teams effectively funding their clients 
while waiting to get paid for completed work.

When that happens, the focus typically moves from "are we profitable?" to 
"how do we smooth cash without creating long-term debt?".

That's the type of situation we get involved in.
