The latest FCA survey of insurers shows that Insurance companies paid out a=
further =C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=
=A0=C2=A338,931,724 =C2=A0in January to take the total paid out to =C2=
=A0=C2=A3 1,006,918,766.
Our experience suggests that insurers are still resisting claims and it wil=
l only be when the courts are fully back in action and catching up on the b=
acklog of cases that will drive many further settlements.
