I wanted to drop you a message about 2 different topics, firstly, incenti=
ve payments for newly hired staff (this is available to every English em=
ployer) and also funding for training and coaching that we have availabl=
e for all of your staff, current and new hires!

Please find details of the 2 great courses and funding we can currently o=
ffer you and below, information relevant to the incentive payments for n=
ew staff we can assist you with.

Incentive Payments for Newly Hired Staff=20

Any new member of staff that you take on between 1st August and 31st Janu=
ary 2021 will attract a financial incentive of between =C2=A31,500 an=
d =C2=A33,000 if you sign them onto an Apprenticeship straight away! We o=
nly provide the Leadership and Management Apprenticeships however, there=
 are loads of brilliant Apprenticeships available based on the job role =
you take someone on for. More details can be found at http://t2grouplimi=

The Chancellor announced that from the 1st August, any employer taking on =
a new member of staff that has not previously worked for them in the las=
t 6 months and placing them onto an Apprenticeship immediately, will rec=
eive a =C2=A31,500 incentive payment if they are aged over 25 or =C2=A32,0=
00 if they are aged under 25.

If the learner is aged under 19, this learner will receive an additional =
incentive payment of =C2=A31,000!

If you have a new hire working in a leadership or management role, t2 grou=
p/Acumen Coaching can support you with this entire process, from informa=
tion, advice and guidance, through the funding application (we will do m=
ost of this, but you will need to spend about 20 minutes), to delivering=
 the Advanced/Higher Apprenticeship. We are very much a =E2=80=9Cturnkey=
=E2=80=9D solution to both funding and Apprenticeship training.

This incentive is only available until 31st January 2021.
