Thank you for your reply and for agreeing to refund the model.
I understand your point of view regarding the finish. However, I would =
like to explain ours.
If I buy a brand-new Audi and it is delivered with scratches, polishing =
marks and paint defects, I would not expect the dealer to tell me that =
the engine works perfectly or that many customers would find the finish =
acceptable. A premium product is judged as a whole, not only by its =
structural or mechanical quality.
This was exactly our point. We never questioned the structural quality =
of the model. In fact, we agreed that it appears to be well built. Our =
concern was only about the cosmetic finish, especially considering the =
premium market segment we work in.
That said, I don=E2=80=99t think it is worth spending any more time =
discussing this. I appreciate your willingness to take the model back =
and refund the purchase price, and I would simply like to close this =
matter in a fair and friendly way.
Regarding the return shipping, I understand your proposal to share the =
cost 50/50. Since you had already kindly issued us a voucher for =
approximately the same value, and as we will no longer be purchasing =
another model from HyperFlight, would it be possible to use that voucher =
to cover part of our share of the return shipping instead?
I believe this would be a simple and fair solution for both of us.

It is very very difficult for us to sell this model in these conditions =
