There is no way we can resolve it, apart from changing provider which we 
hope to do in the next few months.

In the meantime please place orders anyway, let the payment fail, and then I 
will send you a special payment request with the fraught checks disabled.

Sadly your credit card processing provider once again failed to accept
my very common US Bank VISA credit card for the order I just submitted.
This time I went ahead and used Paypal and took the 2.5% hit. I plan to
hold off on larger orders with you until you let me know that this issue
has been resolved.
