Hi Ken,
I am very sorry with the servo issue. We can offer two solutions:
a) You return the servo, we test it and if we agree it has failed and has
not been abused we will send a replacement. We can only offer this for
servos that have their lead, have not been opened, and have not had the
mounting lugs removed.
b) Or we can give you a discount voucher code for 50% of the servo cost, and
you buy a new servo using our web site using the voucher code.
The latter method has the benefit of being quicker and less hassle.

I received and am building the Longshot 4. It's going well except from a
servo failure. It was one of the Ripmax SD100. Failed the second time I
powered it up, and of course just after installing the servo tray into the
pod. Please send a replacement asap.
