Hello Heil,
Today I got the Flitz 2 I ordered 👍 I just have a few question regarding
the assembly before the weekend begins.
What is the recommended way to install the launch peg? In the rcgroups.com
thread I see there is a round carbon pad glued on both sides of the wing
where the peg is going to be installed. In the kit there are two carbon pads
but they match the cutouts for the wing servos so I assume they are servo
covers and not the for launch peg.
There is a very thin steel cable, some ~17cm thin pieces of piano wire and a
thicker piece of metal rod. I assume the thicker metal rod is for making
push rods for the ailerons and the thinner piano wire and steel cable is for
making spring loaded pull mechanism for the elevator and rudder. Does that
sound right?
