Hi,
I am very sorry with the servo issue. We can offer two solutions:
a) You return the servo, we test it and if we agree it has failed and has
not been abused we will send a replacement. We can only offer this for
servos that have their lead, have not been opened, and have not had the
mounting lugs removed.
b) Or we can give you a discount voucher code for 50% of the servo cost, and
you buy a new servo using our web site using the voucher code.
The latter method has the benefit of being quicker and less hassle.

One of the blue bird servos I ordered turns continuously when power up. The
other 4 are fine even plugged into the same port so I am pretty sure it is a
servo problem. It’s a bms a10h I ordered them feb 11 and the order number
was 61327.
Can I return the defective servo and if so to you or to blue bird?
