Enquiry: Hi Neil, Not a criticism but a heads up. several of the clubs
here in the SW USA holding F3L events are using your bungee tubing
exclusively. What we are encountering are pull outs of the screw-eye
and "wall anchor" assembly from the tubing under normal launch F3L
loads. We think the black shrink tube isn't sufficient to retain the
wall anchor and we ask that you consider talking to your vendor
regarding how they might address this failure mode. 
This problem will not deter us from continued use or the purchasing of
your bungees as what you offer is the best material we have used.
